We recommend using discount prescription programs for additional discounts on medications we prescribe. We will also send prescriptions to pharmacies that have low-cost prescription lists. Just let us know your preferences. 

We utilize affordable yet reputable compounding pharmacies for medications that are specific to your needs.

Telehealth consult to determine current health and weight loss goals. Initiation of medicative weight loss therapy program including medication prescription.  If semaglutide is appropriate, we will prescribe from compounding pharmacy and have it shipped directly to you.  Continuation of medication requires regular check-in and progress meeting to evaluate for side effects and success of current regimen. See below for details.

Semaglutide can be prescribed from a compounding pharmacy that ships this medication directly to you. The initiation of this medication is tailored to your specific needs.  Baseline labs and health history are required to initiate this program.  The initial prescribing of this therapy includes 6 weeks of the medication.  A follow-up appointment is required for further refills and to titrate the dosing. (Medication cost is included with these visits).

Semaglutide prescribing requires regular check-in to evaluate progress on this medication and to titrate (increase) dosing.  This is typically done monthly until maximum dosing is achieved.  Price increases reflect increased cost of medication as dosage increases. (Medication cost is included with these visits).

A variety of oral medications are available to assist you on your weight loss journey.  These medications are typically more affordable than the semaglutide regimen and can be prescribed through local pharmacies.  Baseline labs and health history are required to initiate this program.  It is a separate program from the semaglutide program and can not be combined with semaglutide at this time.  (Medication cost is not included in these visits).

Telehealth visits to support medicative weight loss program, progress, and treat potential side effects. (Medication cost is not included in these visits).

Telehealth nutritional and dietary counseling based on current health and goals.  Weekly accountability check-in and recommendations.

Standard labs ordered related to appropriateness of prescribed medications and baseline health.  This cost is only for the lab order and does not include price of test charged by lab.  Typically ordered through Sonora Quest Laboratories. 

Examples: Metformin, glipizide, long and short acting insulins 

Examples: Lisinopril, losartan, amlodipine, hydrochlorothiazide, atorvastatin, pravastatin, etc.

Telehealth discussion and evaluation of symptoms and relationship to perimenopause and menopause.  Possible initiation of medication to support transition to menopause as appropriate.  (Medication cost is not included in these visits).

Review of prescribed medications and therapies.

Refills on prescribed oral contraceptives. We can provide orders for testing for sexually transmitted diseases.
